Pulse Support
This page is the public app support page for Pulse. If you need help with account access, SMS login, profile updates, music service connections, notifications, or account deletion, contact onholt@ucdavis.edu.
Best way to contact support
Email onholt@ucdavis.edu and include:
- your Pulse username, if you have one,
- the device model and iOS version you are using,
- a short description of the problem, and
- screenshots if they help explain the issue.
What we can help with
- SMS verification or sign-in issues.
- Contacts sync or friend discovery issues.
- Apple Music, Spotify, or Last.fm connection issues.
- Profile photo and account settings issues.
- Notification issues related to the daily Pulse window.
- Questions about deleting your account or handling your data.
Response time
Pulse app support aims to respond within 3 business days.
Account deletion
You can request deletion directly in the app from Settings. If you cannot access the app and need deletion help, email onholt@ucdavis.edu.
